An ethereal creature you were to me at first glance,

Lucky I was to ever get the chance,

To get acquainted with your spectacularity

But it wasn’t all clarity

As at first I believed we were not meant to be

Until I actually started to see

That you and me were one, our victories, fun,

And that time we won

Undefeatable we were

But then it all turned to a blur

When I let the joy be stained by pressure in the mind

If only I would have known all that made me blind
